Policies

A 20% deposit is required to book your session. The remainder is due on the day of your session.
In the case of cancellation, we will gladly reschedule your session if notice of 24 hours is given. If no reasonable notice is given, or you do not show up for your session, you forfeit your entire 20% deposit.
We accept payment via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex.
Images will be available for viewing approximately 2 to 3 weeks following your session date. The online gallery will be live for 14 calendar days.
Digital files will be sent by mail or digital download approximately 2 to 3 weeks following your session.
All digital files from your online gallery are included. All digital files include a print release. We cannot guarantee print quality of the lab you choose to print files from. If printed at a consumer lab, photos may not print as originally intended/showcased. Please note that Kimberly Milano Photography is calibrated for print at our selected professional lab.
Print orders will be processed after payment is received, and take 2 to 3 weeks. Specialty items may take longer.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but will be locked in after booking for 2 months following your session date. Any orders placed later than 2 months after your session will be at the current pricing.
Images will be kept on file for 1 year following the date of your session. All images will be deleted after 1 year.
Kimberly Milano Photography retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reproduce them for the purpose of, but not limited to, advertising, website/blog, display, portfolio, or any publication to promote business free of compensation.
All images taken at your session are copyrighted by Kimberly Milano Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce their work in any manner without written permission from Kimberly Milano Photography. Commercial use of any and all digital files, purchased or otherwise, without permission, is strictly prohibited.
